Today I had
- ham and cheese sandwich
- large iced coffee
- couscous
- barber chicken thing
- 2 handfuls peanut butter M&Ms
Dinner made me sick tonight. IDK if I ate too much or I've got so much anxiety and it's that time of the month that everything makes me sick, but my stomach turned when I ate those M&Ms.
